I’ve found it. ISDIN Fusion Water MAGIC SPF 40 was the product I randomly added to a recent Sephora Same Day Delivery order, and it turns out to be my new favorite daily sunscreen. Let me explain.
I’m a huge proponent of sunscreen. I wear it daily. And I feel pretty strongly that you should be using a sunscreen purposefully on your face, and not just relying on your makeup to provide that sun protection. I am much more likely to apply the correct amount of product evenly across my face when it is a separate product, as I tend to apply makeup and tinted moisturizers just where I need the makeup coverage.
When looking for a daily sunscreen, I want something that is lightweight and won’t feel sticky on my skin. I want it to play well with the makeup I’ll add over it. And if it can make my skin look luminous, that is a (big) bonus.
Here’s why I’m loving it so much. It’s lightweight, and really quite liquid. I can easily spread it and blend it into my skin with my fingertips in just a few seconds. I do recommend giving it a few minutes to sink into the skin before you start applying makeup. Once my skin is ready, I can’t even tell the sunscreen is on, and my makeup applies as usual.
